Fani Willis' Trump election case gets more complicated after SCOTUS decision

Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis is likely DEVASTATED over the latest news.

The U.S. Supreme Court declared that the president is immune from being prosecuted for any official acts taken while serving, if those acts committed are within their constitutional power.

This ruling is for all presidents, INCLUDING former President Donald Trump.

Experts are saying that this decision will likely affect Trump’s Georgia election interference case.

Those experts include legal analyst Barbara McQuade of NBC News, who said that this trial “is now subject to the same scrutiny as the federal case.”

McQuade did not stop there and went on to discuss what she believes Trump’s next move will be.

“Trump will move to dismiss the case on the grounds of immunity, and a hearing will be required to determine what is official versus unofficial conduct in the indictment,” McQuade also said.

At this point, Willis should just throw in the towel.

Honestly, this case was doomed from the start.

When Willis was caught having an affair with prosecutor Nathan Wade, it ended in disaster.

From Willis standing before her church and making a speech on how unfairly her affair with Wade is being handled, to Wade completely quitting the case, there has been nearly zero accountability for Willis in all of this.

Now, with the latest decision from the Supreme Court, much of her case has gone out the window.

Willis should have known better than to mess with Donald Trump and his incredible team of lawyers.

While we have yet to learn which of the charges the former president is facing in Georgia may be dropped following the Supreme Court immunity ruling, we are sure the answer will be nothing short of juicy.

Do you think Willis will succeed in getting her case to trial following the ruling of the Supreme Court?
