Court Says Clinton and Liberal Super PAC Crossed Spending Lines

We all know that when Hillary Clinton ran for president, there were some muddy waters between her campaign and the DNC.

A recent court ruling has cleared up some of those waters.

The controversy stems from Hillary’s 2016 campaign and the money that was spent that crossed paths between her campaign and the PAC Correct the Record.

Uhm.. That’s Not Legal

While the court found that their finances crossed paths, not so shockingly, neither the PAC nor the campaign will face any serious consequences.

In the ruling, the court stated, “We hold that the Commission acted contrary to law in dismissing the complaint.

“Because we conclude that the internet exemption cannot be read to exempt from disclosure those expenditures that are only tangentially related to an eventual internet message or post, the Commission’s reading of the internet exemption stretches it beyond lawful limits.”

FEC Chairman Sean Cooksey responded to the ruling, stating, “Following the D.C. Circuit’s decision today, my colleagues and I will carefully review the court’s opinion and consider next steps, including whether to seek review in the Supreme Court.

“Regardless, I will continue to fight for internet freedom at the FEC and a robust regulatory exemption for political activities online, consistent with the law.”

This, to me, is an absolute travesty and just proves how blatantly corrupt the entire system is.

I keep going back to the fact that it seems like every time the Democrats do something wrong, there is some excuse concocted that even if they are found guilty, they get away with it.

Simply put, one of the biggest campaign violations is coordination between a campaign and a PAC, which clearly happened here. But just as Hillary has managed in the past, she got away with everything.
