Kennedy Continues to Fight Ballot Inclusion

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is having a tough go of it in terms of getting on ballots for the presidential election.

While other third-party candidates are not being challenged, Kennedy has just enough support that both major parties are now fighting to have him removed.

The latest effort was a case in PA, where Kennedy was not allowed to testify on his own behalf after arriving late.

That’s a No

Kennedy has already lost the first round in New York, where the judge stated that his residence listed was fake and Robert would not be permitted to be on the ballot.

Kennedy is also facing challenges in Pennsylvania and Georgia, among other battleground states.

This fight was started by the Democrat Party because Kennedy was taking away from Biden, but with Harris now in the race, Kennedy seems to be impacting Trump more.

In the PA challenge, Kennedy was 40 minutes late due to a canceled flight, so Commonwealth Court Judge Lori Dumas decided to move the case forward without him being present.

Kennedy spoke with reporters after the hearing, stating, “To me, it’s a sad devolution of this party that the only way that they can win elections is to keep its opponents off the debating stage, off the ballots and use lawfare to try to win elections rather than campaigning.”

Even with these challenges, Kennedy insists he will “be on the ballot in every state.”

Kennedy is now reportedly considering dropping out and joining forces with Trump to defeat Harris in November.

If that happens, it could be enough to put Trump back on top in this race.

Trump, when asked about adding Kennedy, said that he had a lot of respect for Kennedy, and that if the report was true, he would consider discussing options with Kennedy.
