Bombshell Secret Service Report Highlights More Failures During Trump Assassination Attempt

The Secret Service continues to take its lumps regarding the assassination attempts against Donald Trump.

The Senate Homeland Security Committee has released its bipartisan report, and it is a horrible look for the Secret Service.

We are talking about complete mission failure here, yet nobody has been fired.

Bad Day

There were numerous failures listed in the report, but the one we want to attack here is the overhead coverage that should been in place.

If you recall, we noted immediately after the assassination the noticeable absence of a helicopter over the rally site.

If there is no helicopter, multiple drones are usually deployed to survey the area from above.

That was not in place either, but that was reportedly due to a technical issue that the agent in charge of the drones could not fix.

The agent had very little actual experience operating the drones, and according to the report, had resorted to calling the toll-free support number to help troubleshoot the issues he was having with the drones that day.

The report stated there were no backups on site that could have been put in play while the broken drones were troubleshooted.

The report concluded that the challenges that day were “foreseeable, preventable, and directly related to the events resulting in the assassination attempt that day.”

I just don’t buy that all these failures happened on the same day, at the same event.

I firmly believe that someone high up in the food chain decided to hold back resources and allow this assassination to play out.

How else do you explain not apprehending the shooter after he was on their radar or not alerting the local office to possible threats?

Something here is beyond fishy, and I question if the truth will ever truly come out.
