Democrats Encouraging More Pardons by Biden

Joe Biden’s pardon of his son, Hunter, has most of the country fuming.

However, a few Democrats seemed delighted by this, even offering recommendations for more pardons before Biden leaves office.

Pardon the Killer

We have not heard much from Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) since he was ousted from office, but he is chirping again, showing Americans just how much we needed him removed from office.

Bowman wants to see Biden pardon every inmate on Death Row.

He stated, “Don‘t stop at Hunter Biden. Pardon the 40 people who are on death row right now to get them off of death row, number one.

“Number two, pardon the 3,000 people who are in federal jail for trumped-up marijuana charges. Pardon them as well so they can get back to their communities and contribute to their economies.  That‘s what the president should do.”

Jeffries Speaks Up

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) is looking for even more people to be set free.

Jeffries recommended adding all non-violent offenders to the list, stating, "Throughout his life, President Joe Biden has fought to improve the plight of hardworking Americans struggling to live paycheck to paycheck."

"Many of these people have been aggressively prosecuted and harshly sentenced for nonviolent offenses, often without the benefit of adequate legal representation. Countless lives, families and communities have been adversely impacted, particularly in parts of Appalachia, Urban America and the Heartland."

"During his final weeks in office, President Biden should exercise the high level of compassion he has consistently demonstrated throughout his life, including toward his son, and pardon on a case-by-case basis the working-class Americans in the federal prison system whose lives have been ruined by unjustly aggressive prosecutions for nonviolent offenses.”

Pre-emptive Pardons

It does not stop there, my friends, as there are also reports that Biden has been holding meetings to discuss pre-emptive pardons for people they think Trump will go after once he takes office.

Politico reported, “Those who could face exposure include such members of Congress’ Jan. 6 Committee as Sen.-elect Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming. Trump has previously said––Cheney ‘should go to Jail along with the rest of the Unselect Committee!’

“Also mentioned by Biden’s aides for a pardon is Anthony Fauci, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who became a lightning rod for criticism from the right during the Covid-19 pandemic.”

In another report, I asked a very simple question: Is it revenge if these people committed crimes or manipulated the justice system to go after Trump? For instance, Schiff is believed to have leaked classified information. Cheney is alleged to have tampered with witnesses during the J6 hearings. You know why Democrats want to protect them? Because they know they all broke the law.
