Biden Says He Will Push Supreme Court Reform in Final Months

On Wednesday, Joe Biden addressed the nation to explain why he dropped out of the race.

His speech was complete and utter nonsense, but he did say something that I want to explore just a bit to show how useless this man will be in his final five months in office.

Biden stated that he will fight for Supreme Court reform during his final months, but this will be futile with the current makeup of Congress.

It’s Just Political

The attack by Democrats during this final push will once again to be to portray Donald Trump, the Supreme Court, and Republicans, in general, as extremists.

To that point, he is going to propose some rather radical changes to the Supreme Court.

He is likely to propose term limits for justices as well as an amendment to the Constitution to block presidential immunity.

Now, neither of these issues will pass because an amendment to the Constitution requires a supermajority.

And even if Biden could somehow pass something in the Senate, which won’t happen, it would fail in the House.

So, Biden will basically be taking the $200,000 he will earn during the second half of the year and use it as a campaign donation to paint the right as extremists to help Kamala Harris win the election.

When Biden announced the reforms, he used that tired old line: “And I’m going to call for Supreme Court reform because this is critical to our democracy.”

This is the Democrat Party crying wolf, just as it has done since 2015.

I am honestly shocked that people on the left still buy that line, especially since the Democrat Party just tossed our election laws and Constitution in the shredder with this little stunt they pulled to get Biden to drop out of the race after having won his primary race.

The real threat to democracy… well, ironically, that would be the Democrat Party.
