Female athletes stunned by Democrats during DOGE hearing
Democrats in this country are convinced that if a biological male professes his belief that he is a woman, then it magically turns that male into a female, and is therefore entitled to all things female, including sports competition.
Several prominent female athletes just testified before Congress on the matter, and they were quite stunned at how they were perceived and treated by Democrats.
Trans Girls are Girls
This is a passionate issue for me, mostly because I worry about the integrity of the sport as well as the safety of the girls playing them. I have young nieces who are active in physical sports, and I can tell you flat out, I worry every day they will find themselves on the wrong side of a battle with a biological male in a girl's uniform.
I believe it is only a matter of time before someone in women’s sports gets killed when they go up against a trans athlete, but that matters little to Democrats, the all-or-nothing party.
To that point, AOC recently went on a rant against Republicans for not supporting legislation with poison pills to protect abortion that was camouflaged as a bill to protect women against violence.
During her rant, she insisted, “Trans girls are girls!” She continued on about playing co-ed sports, seeming to hint that there is no difference between men's and women’s sports.
The Foul-Mouthed Rants
Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), who I am ashamed to say, hails from Texas, has explored yet another strategy to make the Democrat points, and that is drop f-bombs and curse on camera to get everyone’s attention. When she was recently asked if she had a message, if she could speak directly to Elon Musk, she responded, “F*** off.”
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) issued the same response to a conservative reporter asking her about the Democrat support for alleged MS-13 gang members being deported.
I bring these issues up because during a recent congressional hearing, witnesses were stunned at the behavior and words of Democrats, so they have clearly not been watching the news lately.
DOGE Witnesses in Shock
Female athletes Stephanie Turner and Payton McNabb got a real taste of what the Democrat Party is all about during a recent Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Subcommittee's "Unfair Play: Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports" hearing.
The two women claim that at one point, Rep. Crockett approached them to tell them how courageous she thought they were, but then she hijacked her time during the hearing to give an anti-Trump speech, to which Turner responded, "And I said ‘Payton and I both took time out of our day to be there, and I find it very disrespectful that you would co-opt this hearing that is about me and Payton and make it about your own politics.’"
McNabb is an example of an athlete who has been hurt by a transgender athlete competing in women’s sports, having suffered brain damage after being hit in the head with a spiked ball by a trans athlete. A witness for Democrats, Fatima Goss Graves, CEO of the National Women's Law Center, responded to McNabb’s concerns, "I would argue that the answer is to ensure people can't spike volleyballs into other people's heads.”
McNabb was stunned at the answer, stating, "That was just absolutely ridiculous. The fact of the matter is, that day and that injury was unlike anything else I've ever experienced, and it's because it was a man who hit me in the face, it's really just that simple."
As the two women later stated, Congress has turned into nothing but theatrics, and it gets worse with every passing day. These hearings are useless and accomplish nothing other than to show the American people that our government has turned to theater. We should be protecting these women, instead, Democrats are feeding them to the wolves.
