Hunter Biden appears in $60,000,000 fraud investigation

When two of Hunter Biden's business partners at Burnham Asset Management went down in a million-dollar securities fraud investigation, Hunter Biden mostly escaped scrutiny.

Until now.

JustTheNews.com is reporting that "bank records and corporate document drafts now show one of the future first son’s shared bank accounts was used in the fraudulent bond transaction."

When Hunter Biden's business partners were arrested and charged in the scheme, Hunter immediately worked to distance himself from the firm.

Biden lied during the impeachment inquiry into his father, former President Joe Biden, saying that the proposed work with Burnham never came to fruition.

The lies didn't work

The truth always comes out eventually. Even though Joe Biden's sweeping pardon of his son covers crimes committed by Hunter from 2014 to the present day, it's still nice to know the truth about what Hunter Biden was up to.

Members of Congress have said that they would be interested in continuing their probe into Hunter Biden after a GOP impeachment inquiry left several unanswered questions about the Biden family influence peddling scheme.

For example, there are several inconsistencies in Hunter Biden's story. Despite Hunter saying that the work with Burnham never came to fruition, corporate records show the opposite.

According to a signature analysis, Hunter Biden signed an employment agreement with Burnham on April 15, 2015, which promised Hunter Biden an $800,000 yearly salary.

The documents were first obtained by the SEC and FBI agents back in 2016, and were provided to Congress during the impeachment trial. There's even more proof suggesting that Hunter Biden was closer to the fraud than he previously let on.

The bank account

Per JustTheNews:

The bank records show $15 million-worth of initial Wakpamni municipal bonds were transferred out of the Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC bank account, listed under the name of Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer, just days before Biden signed the Burnham employment agreement. This transaction was identified by investigators as part of a wider $60 million fraud scheme for which Archer and several other co-defendants were prosecuted.

America's Justice Department claims that from March 2014 to April 2016, Archer and another partner named Jason Galanis were charged with fraud for inducing an Oglala Sioux Native American tribal entity to issue bonds, but then failing to invest them as promised.

Although Archer and Galanis were ultimately convicted, and Hunter Biden's name was involved, the president's son faced no such charges. Hunter Biden's lawyers said it was because Archer and Galanis had used Hunter Biden's name without his knowledge.

"The defendants...invoked and used Hunter’s name—without his knowledge—to lend their business venture more credibility," Hunter Biden's lawyer at the time said. "As soon as Hunter learned of the illegal conduct, and that his name was being used in this unauthorized and inappropriate manner, Hunter took immediate steps to ensure that his business interests would not be associated with the Burnham Group or with any of the defendants."

Contrary to Biden's lawyer's claims, records and congressional testimony show that the bank account was closely associated with Hunter Biden. The only reason Hunter Biden escaped punishment in this case was because of who his father is. There's simply no other explanation.
