Letitia James asks Supreme Court toss Missouri's attempt to block Tump gag order

While Donald Trump was being unfairly prosecuted in the liberal hotbed of New York City, the rest of America was forced to stand by and not be able to do anything to help.

After the trial was finished and it became clear that the guilty verdict was only reached because of a completely corrupt case, the state of Missouri tried to stand up for justice.

According to TheEpochTimes.com, Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey submitted a petition to America's Supreme Court arguing that convicting Donald Trump would "violate the rights of voters in his state."

Bailey asked the Supreme Court "to grant his office permission to file a complaint against the state of New York to put a pause on the former president’s sentencing date in the criminal case, which a judge set for Sept. 18, and to lift a gag order that prohibits the former president from speaking about certain people connected to the case."

Letitia James, who helped bring about the cases against Donald Trump in New York, was furious when she found out that somebody was trying to undermine liberals after they thought they got their way.

James submitted court papers shortly after Bailey announced his petition.

Letitia "argued that Missouri has no legal standing to ask the Supreme Court for that kind of relief because, in part, it 'seriously undermines the integrity of the courts and risks setting a dangerous precedent that encourages a flood of similar, unmeritorious litigation.'"

That's just legal-speak for liberals liked the decision against Trump, and she doesn't want anyone messing with the result.

Who do you think will eventually come out on top in this battle?

Missouri's Andrew Bailey or New York's Letitia James?

It's clear which one common sense, justice, and honor are rooting for.
