Montana Supreme Court Blocks Dems from Kicking 3rd Party Candidate Off Ballot

The Democrat effort to rig elections in their favor just took another blow.

In Montana, Democrats were hoping to have a third-party candidate removed because it was drawing from their candidate.

However, the state Supreme Court ruled that the candidate would be permitted to stay on the ballot.

Crushing Blow

Green Party candidate Robert Barb will be on the Senate ballot in Montana, and Dems are not happy about it at all.

Prior to the certification of the general election ballot, there was a flurry of legal activity to have Barb removed.

As is the case with Harris, these third-party candidates are drawing more from Dems than Republicans, so they are trying to block them from being able to run for office.

Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) is in a dogfight with Trump-backed Tim Sheehy, and Barb is only going to make the race tougher.

Tester, at one point, was dominating this race, but Sheehy started to gain momentum and he has not stopped.

The double-digit lead that Tester once enjoyed is gone and now Sheehy is up six points in the latest polling.

The Montana Democratic Party (MDP) was fighting the candidacy, stating, “Because the Green Party failed to timely appoint a replacement candidate in accordance with Montana law, no Green Party candidate for Senate may appear on the ballot for November’s general election.”

Now this is where it gets really good.

Michael Downey won the nomination, then he withdrew, and the party chose Barb to fill in for him in the election.

That is the exact scenario that played out with Harris replacing Biden, but now Dems are trying to kick a candidate off the ballot due to the timeliness of the ballot replacement.

Talk about hypocrisy…
