More possible voter fraud found in Wisconsin voter rolls

I have covered voter fraud fairly extensively over the years, and while I have never believed we have seen enough fraud to flip a federal election, I firmly believe there is more than enough fraud available to influence state and local elections.

That brings us to the latest report of thousands of alleged voter roll problems in the state of Wisconsin, which is about to hold a very consequential state Supreme Court race.

Problems in Texas

Voter rolls are something ripe for fraud if they are not maintained. When you have voters remaining on the rolls who have moved or passed away, it invites fraudsters to use other people to use those names to cast votes.

To that point, Texas led the way in 2024 by vowing to clean up its voter rolls, and the nation was stunned when Governor Greg Abbott announced that he was going to remove roughly one million names from the voter rolls.

Abbott stated, “Election integrity is essential to our democracy. I have signed the strongest election laws in the nation to protect the right to vote and to crackdown on illegal voting. These reforms have led to the removal of over one million ineligible people from our voter rolls in the last three years, including noncitizens, deceased voters, and people who moved to another state.

“The Secretary of State and county voter registrars have an ongoing legal requirement to review the voter rolls, remove ineligible voters, and refer any potential illegal voting to the Attorney General’s Office and local authorities for investigation and prosecution. Illegal voting in Texas will never be tolerated. We will continue to actively safeguard Texans’ sacred right to vote while also aggressively protecting our elections from illegal voting.”

VA Finds Nearly 19,000 Deceased Voters on Its Rolls

In April 2023, Virginia announced that it wanted to clean up its voter rolls.

The state announced it had found 18,990 deceased voters that were still showing up in voter rolls and had not been removed for some reason.

Virginia Elections Commissioner Susan Beals stated, “I knew that there was something there, but I didn’t know that it was this big.

“It was a computer coding error that missed between the date of the death being reported and the date of the death certificate. We are in the process of building a new statewide voter registration system, and I want to make sure that the data we put into that system is as up to date as it can possibly be.”

Milwaukee Finds 5,000 Illegal Voters Registered

Now, as I am sure most of you know by now, this week’s election in Wisconsin will dictate the majority of the court. If Dems win, they likely hold the majority for a decade or more, but if the Republicans win, the take the majority back only two years after having lost it for the first time in 15 years.

This is an election that could literally be decided by a few thousand or possibly only a few hundred voters, which is why it was so upsetting to see a report that nearly 5,000 illegal voter registrations had been found in Milwaukee.

Fair Elections Wisconsin (FEW) filed to have the names removed, stating, “We are formally challenging each registration in the city of Milwaukee’s municipality and ask for each of the noted problems and irregularities to be resolved. Specifically, to a) refer for prosecution those who registered unlawfully – such as to a UPS store, b) send out postcards, c) turn the registrant to Inactive status.”

There is simply no way, with the technology we have available today, that even a single fraudulent vote be cast. In a previous report, I had asked the question what election officials are doing all year between elections if not cleaning up their voter rolls? What is even more bothersome is that Democrats and activist groups refuse to get on board with cleaning up these rolls, likely because they know the entire right will claim voter fraud, then they can attack by saying these are all bogus conspiracy theories.
