Pam Bondi Already an Internet Star After Contentious Hearing

Trump's nominee for Attorney General is already taking the country by storm.

Pam Bondi is blowing up the internet by shutting down Democrat Senators who are crossing the line with her.

Senator Blumenthal

We all knew the Democrat portion of this hearing would be a complete and utter joke, and Dems have proven us right once again.

We start with Senator Blumenthal (D-CT), who tried to get Bondi to reject Kash Patel, Trump's nominee for the FBI Director position.

When Blumenthal tried to get her to criticize Patel, Bondi fired right back, "Senator, I am not familiar with all those comments. I have not discussed those comments with Mr. Patel. What I do know, is Mr. Patel…"

As Dems have been doing throughout, Blumenthal tried to cut her off, but she came right back at him, stating, "Excuse me. What I do know is Mr. Patel was a career prosecutor. He was a career public defender, defending people. And he also has great experience within the intelligence community."

Senator Hirono

Next up was Senator Hirono (D-HI), who has been known to ask some really bizarre questions during these hearings.

After Hirono went on a long rant about Trump treating the DOJ as his personal law firm, asking Bondi if she would prosecute Trump's political enemies, Bondi responded, "Sen. Hirono, I wish you had met with me. Had you met with me, we could have discussed many things and gotten to –"

Hirono then cut her off, stating, "I am listening to you now, could you please respond to the question?"

Bondi did not back down, continuing, "You were the only one who refused to meet with me but what we would have discussed is that it is the job of the attorney general."

Senator Schiff

My favorite, however, was Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), who once again proved himself to be the corrupt politician we all know him to be. Words will not do this justice, so I have the full transcript of his Q&A, if you can call it that, with Bondi below…

First, Schiff rarely gave her the time to answer the question, so this was nothing more than a campaign ad for Schiff, as I am sure he will slap himself on the back, saying he exposed Bondi, but that is hardly what this was.

I love that Bondi tossed the Nunes memo at him. While Schiff was able to deflect this time, I doubt that will be the case when he faces Kash Patel.

The irony in all of this is that Schiff is making accusations against Bondi of possible violations that he has already committed. He is the biggest liar and hypocrite in the Senate, and I cannot wait for Patel to shred him during that hearing.
