POLL: Should Trump and Hunter Biden Be Sentenced to Prison?

A new survey has been released to measure the temperature of the American people.

The poll was designed to gauge Americans' feelings about Hunter Biden and Donald Trump's jail sentences for their respective convictions.

Ironically, both polls came out fairly close, with 48% saying that Donald Trump should be behind bars and about 60% of those polled believing that Hunter should be sentenced to jail.

Lock Them Up

This literally shows how little the American people know about our justice system and the crimes both of these men were convicted of.

In 99/100 cases, a crime like Trump faced would have resulted in a plea that would have given Trump a fine, penalties, back taxes, and a public smack on the hands.

If there is ever an example of charges being created to punish a political opponent, the hush-money case is it.

Hunter is a first-time offender as far as the courts are concerned, so there is very little chance he will be sentenced to jail.

It should not be Hunter’s first conviction, but Daddy got him out of trouble before.

For instance, when Hunter was arrested for being under the influence in the late 1980s in a South Jersey shore town, they did an intervention and sent Hunter to rehab, and the charges were expunged from his record.

For Trump, I believe it is highly unlikely that Judge Merchan will go the route of convicting him, but it could happen.

At worst, I think Merchan would order Trump to house arrest, but I don’t even see that happening, to be honest.

Trump is also a first-time offender and even as biased as Merchan is, I think he knows this is not just the type of crime that warrants a jail sentence.

Not only that, even if Merchan were to go that route, I believe he would delay enforcing the sentence until all of the appeals had been exhausted.

I have been adamant from day one that at some point, I believe the verdict will be overturned during the appeals process.
