Rep. Green says he will file articles of impeachment

Here we go again…

The bad orange man is in office and Democrats are falling right back into their 2016-20 routine, with Rep. Green (D-TX) announcing that he intends to file articles of impeachment against Trump.

No Mandate

During Trump’s joint address to Congress, Rep. Green (D-TX) was the sacrificial lamb for the Democrats.

He stood up as Trump was starting, waved his cane like a maniac, and screamed at Trump that he had no mandate.

Green was warned, repeatedly, but he chose to keep the childish prank up, and he was eventually removed from the chamber and sent on his way, as well as being censured.

With it clear that Johnson was not going to tolerate planned acts, the Dems resorted to holding up paddles with words on them to call out Trump and Musk as well as object to various policies… it was childish, at best.

Not Buying It

The outrage was fake, and we all know it. This is just the Democrat plan to try to derail Trump and his agenda. Dems are terrified of Trump because they know the American people are behind him, so now they want to try to convince them they are wrong by posturing, as they always do.

The problem for Democrats is that nobody is buying into their outrage.

For instance, the overwhelming majority of viewers did not approve of Green’s antics, and that included Democrat viewers.

Regarding Trump’s speech, again, the majority of views supported what Trump had to say, so these Democrat complaints are literally falling on deaf ears right now. So much so, even the liberal media is calling out the Democrats for being rudderless right now.

Here We Go Again

I think it is safe to say the American people have impeachment burnout, but again, Green is not getting the memo for some reason. Rather than slink away and recover, he is going full bore ahead, ready to introduce articles of impeachment against Trump.

When Green was asked if he was seriously going to move forward, he responded, “I am absolutely going to do it. This level of incivility emanating from the presidency, much of it in policy, is something we cannot tolerate. If President Barack Hussein Obama had behaved in this fashion, he would have been impeached. There is no question in my mind.

“So I believe that this president cannot escape this one thing that each member of Congress has. There are four hundred and thirty five of us, we have it. He is a Goliath but there are four hundred and thirty five Davids in Congress. I’m one of them and am going to bring articles of impeachment.”

He is clueless, as is the party right now. This is a waste of time and money because Democrats do not have the numbers. Green should have taken the hint when 10 Dems voted to censure him, but he lives in his own little world. Political theater… that is about all Congress is these days.
