REPORT: Biden autopen used to sign official documents

We could have a very serious problem, or I should say, Joe Biden could have a very serious problem.

There are now very serious concerns about whether Joe Biden knew about the executive orders, pardons, and commutations signed during his administration.

"I don’t remember"

Before I get into the meat of this report, I would like to remind everyone of Speaker Johnson (R-LA) 's interaction with Biden during a meeting.

Johnson was discussing the freezing of new liquid gas permits with Biden, calling out Biden for giving Russia the advantage, stating, “Why would you do that? Cause you understand we just talked about Ukraine, you understand you are fueling Vladimir Putin’s war machine, because they gotta get their gas from him.”

Johnson said Biden looked stunned, telling him, “I didn’t do that.” Johnson responded to Biden, “Sir, you paused it, I know. I have the export terminals in my state. I talked to those people in my state, I’ve talked to those people this morning, this is doing massive damage to our economy, national security.”

Johnson stated that he did not think Biden was lying, but the only two other options were that Biden really did not remember signing the documents, and that Biden had not signed them. The media wrote this off, but it should have been the time when Congress tried to remove Biden for clearly not having the mental wherewithal to do the job.

Biden autopen signature on most documents

The Heritage Foundation just issued a blistering report finding that the same autopen was used to sign most official documents. The report questions whether Biden gave the order or someone else in the administration.

The report stated, "WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY."

"We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature.”

The report found that virtually every document signed by Biden had used the autopen. Ironically, the one document with an authentic signature was the one in which Biden announced he was dropping out of the election.

Time to Investigate

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, a Republican, is now calling for an investigation into the use of the autopen.

Bailey says the investigation needs to find whether Biden’s “cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval.” His letter continued, "There are profound reasons to suspect that Biden's staff and political allies exploited his mental decline to issue purported presidential orders without his knowing approval."

"Speaker Johnson, for example, reported that staff and elected officials – including former Vice President Kamala Harris and former Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer – tried to prevent Johnson from meeting with Biden," Bailey said.

This is clearly a problem for Biden and every order that was issued. The only problem, however, is that Biden can be brought back to testify that he authorized the autopen to be used in place of his signature. I have to admit, however, that this one really stinks because presidents usually make a big deal about signing orders and pardons in public, and that is something that Biden rarely did. This is far from the last we have heard about this.
