REPORT: DOJ Misled Courts to Avoid Alerting Lawmakers

By now, everyone knows how corrupt the actions of the Department of Justice (DOJ) were in terms of investigating the alleged Russian collusion hoax against Donald Trump.

A new report has surfaced showing the deception is far worse than we initially thought.

Remember Adam Schiff…

Remember when then-Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) released his memo regarding FISA court abuses and other misdoings of the DOJ during the Trump collusion investigation?

Much of that memo is believed to have been crafted by incoming FBI Director Kash Patel (if he gets cleared by the Senate).

When Nunes issued the memo, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) published a memo to counter all of the allegations made by Nunes, which the media bought into hook, line, and sinker. Only later did we find it was Nunes who hit the nail on the head and Schiff the one who lied to the American people.

Some of the biggest issues revealed material information has been missing from the FISA warrants, an unverified dossier (the Steele Dossier), which had been, in part, financed by the DNC and Clinton’s campaign, played a major role in the issuance of the FISA warrants, they lied about Steele’s involvement in the dossier, and that the Clinton campaign had been communicating with the DOJ via Bruce Ohr, who was a high-ranking DOJ official at the time as well as his wife having worked for the Clinton campaign.

The Alleged Schiff Leak

Schiff, to this day, has not been called out by the media for his lies. In fact, if you ask him, he will still maintain that he told the truth and that everyone else is wrong in what was reported. Schiff is also believed to have been the origin of leaking classified information to the media.

Former CIA Director and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo did not hold back on the allegations against Schiff on this front, stating, “Adam Schiff lied to the American people, and during my time as CIA director and secretary of State, I know that he leaked classified information that had been provided to him.”

Schiff’s office pushed back, stating, “This is another patently false and defamatory statement from Mike Pompeo.

“While we understand that Adam Schiff is a favorite target for the failed lackeys of the Trump administration running for president, reputable news outlets shouldn’t repeat these falsehoods.”

DOJ Misleading

This all leads us to another report that just surfaced regarding how the DOJ presented applications to the court for gag orders when it was trying to trace down the leak.

The way the DOJ presented the information, members of Congress and staffers who were being investigated were not alerted that they were being spied on regarding the Russian collusion hoax. In all, 40 gag orders were secured in this manner.

Ironically, one of the staffers that was being targeted in the investigation was Kash Patel, who was just nominated by Donald Trump to head the FBI once he comes into office.

The DOJ is now claiming that it has changed its rules since due to that investigation, but that is not enough for Jason Foster, who served as the Senate Judiciary Committee’s chief investigative counsel under Republican Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley before founding Empower Oversight. He stated, “The notion that DOJ reformed its process since getting caught is laughable. So now DOJ has to ask a bureaucrat in the Public Integrity Section for permission to secretly collect congressional comms records? Big deal. Who will be held accountable for misleading the court?”

I have never looked forward to a change in administration as much as I am to the upcoming transition simply because I cannot wait to get to the bottom of this entire mess. If I were Patel, my first order of business would be to put together a massive task force to track all this down and hold everyone at fault accountable, including lawmakers who were in the know and lied to the American people.
