REPORT: Melania Will Split Time Between DC and New York

There has been a lot of speculation about Barron Trump either leaving school or transferring to Georgetown to be closer to his father and possibly having a role in the Trump administration.

That question has now been answered in a report detailing how Melania will be spending the next four years.

It’s An Ugly World

It is no secret that Melania Trump does not like the political world. That point was driven home further after a recent report that Melania snubbed Jill Biden.

The report stated that Jill had offered to have Melania over for tea while Joe and Donald Trump were having their meeting, but Melania declined, reportedly due to a scheduling conflict.

Melania insiders say that is not the case, with one source stating, “She ain’t going. Jill Biden’s husband authorized the FBI snooping through her underwear drawer. The Bidens are disgusting. Jill Biden isn’t someone Melania needs to meet.”

This was far from the first time that Melania has been critical of the system, and it surely will not be the last.

Barron Trump

Barron Trump has suddenly come into this conversation because of the influence he had on his father’s campaign.

Donald Trump knew he needed to expand his base beyond MAGA, especially with there being a real chance that DeSantis and Haley voters may snub him.

To that point, it was Barron that reportedly suggested to Trump that he branch out into podcasts to draw in more voters.

ABC News had even reported on this very subject, posting, “As a member of Gen Z, Barron -- the youngest of Trump's three sons -- was the one to introduce his 78-year-old father to this new medium, a source close to Trump told ABC News. YouTuber and wrestler Logan Paul was top of mind for Barron, the source noted, and his podcast "Impaulsive" was the first one Donald Trump appeared on, back in June.”

Full-Time Mother, Part-Time First Lady

Melania has more or less just settled the argument about Barron’s plans when his father goes back to the White House.

A Trump insider recently told the New York Post, “Melania will be the first lady, but only on her terms.  She’ll do the big events. But no ladies’ tea and no — or very few — interviews.

“She views winning as the main show, and the rest she’ll do as she pleases. She’s really in the driver’s seat as to her duties at the White House. Melania will be a part-time first lady — while being a full-time mother and wife.”

So, expect Barron to stay in New York, and expect Melania to split her time, with Barron being her priority, and I don’t blame her one bit. Dems will go nuts, but after the way that Melania was treated the first time around, it does not surprise me at all that she is looking for ways to avoid being in DC.
