RFK to Appeal Michigan Ballot Ruling
When he was in the race, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had to fight in just about every state to get his name on the ballot.
Since suspending his campaign, he has been fighting just as hard to have his name removed from the ballot.
Dems insist on keeping him on the ballot because they know he draws votes away from Donald Trump.

When Kennedy left the race, it was around the same time as Biden did, so this is utterly ridiculous that he is even in this fight.
They all had enough time to remove Biden and replace him with Harris, but they are dragging this out to ensure that Kennedy’s name is on absentee ballots as well as on the screen on election day.
Kennedy’s biggest battles have been in the Blue Wall states, and he continues to face resistance in Michigan.
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, is fighting Kennedy on this with everything she has.
On Wednesday, Kennedy’s latest bit to have his name removed was thwarted by Judge Denise Hood, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
In her ruling, Hood stated, “The harm incurred by Defendant, the Natural Law Party, and Michigan voters outweighs that felt by Plaintiff if he is prohibited from withdrawing.
“Plaintiff’s motion is denied.”
Kennedy’s attorneys had argued "that printing and mailing ballots with Mr. Kennedy’s name appearing as a candidate for an office he no longer seeks cancels his statutory and constitutional rights,” adding that “his supporters will be left confused and potentially angry should they later learn that a vote cast for Mr. Kennedy in Michigan was an invalid, wasted vote.”
Decisions like this are why people don’t trust our elections and are revolting against the judiciary in this country.
They really don’t care about free and fair elections… they care about stacking the deck in favor of Democrats.
There is no reason to have Kennedy on the ballot other than to help Harris.
On Friday, Kennedy informed the court that he would be appealing the decision.
So, the case will now move on to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Michigan, like other states, is now approaching the deadline for final absentee ballot submissions, so this decision was crushing not only for Kennedy but also for Trump.
