Rogue Judge sets Kilmar Abrego Garcia free

One of the most polarizing figures during this administration is Kilmbar Abrego Garcia.

The Trump administration deported him, and ever since, he has been a very hot topic of discussion.

Now a judge has ruled that the administration can no longer hold him, and I just waiting for Trump to blow a gasket.

He’s a Criminal

After all the outrage over Garcia’s deportation, the media and Democrats made him out to be a saint.

That did not last very long, as DHS dropped a major report on him.

Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin stated, “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a MS-13 gang member, illegal alien from El Salvador, and suspected human trafficker. The facts reveal he was pulled over with eight individuals in a car on an admitted three-day journey from Texas to Maryland with no luggage.

“The facts speak for themselves, and they reek of human trafficking. The media’s sympathetic narrative about this criminal illegal gang member has completely fallen apart. We hear far too much about the gang members and criminals’ false sob stories and not enough about their victims.”

Deport Him Again

This case has been back and forth, with the courts ruling that Gacia needed to be brought back to the United States.

That resulted in the administration announcing that if he was brought back, he was going to be deported again.

Bondi announced that Garcia was being brought back to face the charges mentioned above, calling him “a smuggler of humans and children and women.”

She then added, “This is what American justice looks like. Upon completion of his sentence, we anticipate he will be returned to his home country of El Salvador.”

He Can Go

These are not low-level charges, yet a judge has decided that the country is far better off with Garcia on the streets than off them.

Judge Xinis ruled that ICE must wait at least 72 hours after he is released from a Tennessee jail, which will be in about a month, before any efforts to detain and deport him can start.

Tennessee District Judge Waverly Crenshaw says Garcia does not warrant further detention, stating, “The pieces of evidence the Government cites to, taken alone or together, warrant a finding that Abrego is, at best, a low risk of nonappearance.

“The Court agrees with Abrego that the nature of the crimes he is accused of do not, on their own, fall within the categories of crimes Congress specifically enumerated as warranting a presumption of detention.”

MS-13 gang member and human trafficking allegations. If that is not enough to hold someone, what is?
