Russian collusion scandal breaks against Obama administration

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard dropped a bombshell last week on the Obama administration.

It is also something that will have a huge impact on President Trump.

According to Gabbard, she has found overwhelming evidence that the entire Russian collusion narrative was concocted by Obama and some of his top officials.

Never Should Have Happened

This scandal was foretold by the John Durham investigation.

If you recall, his report stated, “Based on the review of Crossfire Hurricane and related intelligence activities, we conclude that the Department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report.”

The FBI responded, “Had those reforms been in place in 2016, the missteps identified in the report could have been prevented. This report reinforces the importance of ensuring the FBI continues to do its work with the rigor, objectivity, and professionalism the American people deserve and rightly expect.”

Once Durham published his report, it seemed clear to most that the system had been rigged, but we still did not know to what extent.

Pulling That Thread

You guys often hear me say that when we see a thread, we need to pull on it to see where it unravels, and that appears to be what Gabbard did here.

This was a much-needed change in narrative for the administration, which has been getting crushed over the lack of transparency in the Epstein documents.

Gabbard’s claim of having overwhelming evidence even made it past the usual suspects, and is being reported by a few of the mainstream media outlets, if you can believe that.

It would appear that they do not wish to have the egg on their respective faces like what took place when outlets jumped all over Democrat reports, only to realize later they had been duped.

Holding Them Accountable

Gabbard dropped some big names in this scandal, telling Fox News, "It lays out, these over 100 documents that you're referencing, that I declassified and released, spells out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people in our country directly leading at the helm, President Obama and his senior-most national security cabinet, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, and Susan Rice and others, essentially making a very intentional decision to create this manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting the will of the American people.”

She continued, "The years-long Mueller investigation that cost taxpayers almost $40 million to congressional impeachments, endless smears and attacks against not only President Trump, but his family. He had senior members of his team who were investigated, some arrested and jailed.

“We had heightened and increased tensions between the United States and Russia. The list goes on and on about the consequences of President Obama and his senior cabinet members politicizing intelligence.”

If you noticed, a few of those names mentioned by Gabbard had also signed that intelligence letter that was published during the 2020 cycle to help Biden get elected. My guess is that they all thought of Trump lost in 2020, he would just go away and their little coup would never be truly discovered. Now that it has, we just need to see if they will actually hold them accountable and prosecute them, including Obama, if they can tie him to this.
