Schiff appears to admit Dems knew Biden economy was horrible

Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) went on the attack against Donald Trump and his economy this weekend.

However, in an effort to attack Trump, Schiff mistakenly admitted that Democrats were lying about the economy during the Biden administration.

High cost of living

When Trump was running for office, I warned against over-promising, especially on being able to lower grocery prices on day one. There is simply no way that could be done with the hand left behind by Joe Biden for Donald Trump.

It took Democrats about a day to start whining about the prices of groceries, after having ignored the costs throughout the Biden administration. Yet, when Schiff attacked Trump’s economy, he shockingly admitted they knew the economy was bad.

Schiff stated, “They’re destroying the economy, and they’re making it harder and harder for Americans to afford things. That’s where we need to keep the focus.

“That’s why we lost the last election, because we weren’t laser-focused on the high cost of living, and what they’re doing now is just making it so much worse in the administration, and that’s really what we need to emphasize.”

Schiff lied about collusion

Schiff has a long history of lying to the American people, including two doozies he told regarding Donald Trump.

When the Senate Intelligence Committee found no evidence of Russian collusion, Schiff insisted there was ample evidence of collusion.

At the time, Schiff stated, “You can see evidence in plain sight on the issue of collusion, pretty compelling evidence. There is a difference between seeing evidence of collusion and being able to prove a criminal conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Now, as we all know, the Mueller report found that collusion had not taken place, proving that Schiff was wrong all along.

Schiff lied about FISA

Arguably the biggest lie ever told by Schiff was regarding FISA abuse when he issued a memo to counter the claims by then-Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA).

After Nunes published his memo, which was believed to have largely been penned by Kash Patel, Schiff claimed that the DOJ did not omit material from the FISA warrant, and the Steele dossier was only narrowly used to secure the warrants, that the DOJ provided additional information in FISA renewals, stated that the DOJ had provided information backing Steele’s credibility, as well as vetting Steele’ allegation, and that Steele’s reporting had been used in previous criminal proceedings, all points that countered the points in Nunes’ memo.

Every single one of those claims by Schiff was proven to be false in Inspector General Horowitz’s investigation, yet nothing ever happened to Schiff. Not even a censure by the House for having knowingly issued a false statement to the American people.

Not only did Schiff go unpunished, but the wonderful people of California just elected Schiff to the Senate, where he can continue to spread his lies for another six years. And we wonder why our government is so broken.
