Trump Assassination Investigator Previously Investigated for Anti-Trump Bias

Sometimes, you have to wonder what the shot-callers in the FBI are thinking.

The agency does not have the best reputation right now, and it is only going to get worse.

According to reports, the FBI agent tasked with investigating the second assassination attempt against Trump was investigated himself… for anti-Trump bias.

What Are They Thinking?

Jeff Veltri, the FBI Miami Field Office Special Agent in Charge (SAC), is running the FBI investigation into the assassination attempt against Trump.

Veltri was reportedly investigated prior for having reported some of his fellow agents who were conservatives.

According to the report, he considered them a “security threat” because of their political beliefs.

He was also a section chief when the infamous “Trump questionnaire” was circulating through the FBI.

The final nail in the coffin is that despite all this, the agency promoted Veltri, but only after they were assured that he would clear his social media accounts of all his anti-Trump and anti-conservative posts.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) addressed the issue in a recent report, stating, “Under then-acting DAD Veltri, the FBI’s Security Division (‘SecD’) probed the political beliefs and personal medical decisions of FBI employees as part of its security clearance investigations.

“Additional whistleblowers from inside SecD have provided us information that SecD leadership improperly encouraged using those factors when considering suspending and revoking FBI employee security clearances to remove them from the FBI—without properly documenting those factors in FBI files.”

Veltri had reportedly tried to withdraw security clearances from agents over this, but in at least one case, he was unsuccessful because the investigation proved that his decision was based on political beliefs rather than actual facts.

So, who here believes that Veltri will conduct this investigation without bias?

And this is exactly why nobody trusts the FBI any longer.

And I have to ask, how does he still have a job after clearly abusing his power? Not only does he still have a job, he's been promoted!

This is just another nail in the coffin for Director Wray, who will most definitely be terminated if Trump wins this election.
