US will shut down embassy in Jerusalem
There is a lot to digest right now regarding the war between Israel and Iran.
Moves are being made by the United States that are starting to make a lot of people very concerned.
Israel Still at War in Palestine
With the attacks against Iran, people have seemingly forgotten that Israel actually has a two-front war going right now, as the war with Hamas is still going on.
In fact, the Iran war may have saved Israel some negative headlines based on a report from Gaza.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society, which, by the way, I do not trust, has claimed that Israel is targeting medical workers and facilities. I only bring this up because we know members of the Squad love Hamas talking points better than real news.
The group stated, “On its first day, the hospital witnessed a large turnout of residents, receiving dozens of cases that received immediate medical care and performing three successful surgeries, reflecting the urgent need for such interventions in the region.”
Undecided
The question now is whether or not Trump will jump in and bomb Iran to end its nuclear capabilities, but Trump is still undecided on the matter.
When recently asked, he responded, "I may do it, I may not do it.”
Trump has stated that Iran wants to come to the table, but then he stated that it is too late to go looking for peace now.
On that note, Trump later added, "Nobody knows what I want to do. But I can say this: Iran's got a lot of trouble and wants to negotiate.”
Shut It Down
Over the last few days, some big moves have been made that got my attention.
The first was the doomsday plane being ordered to the Washington, DC area. Now, these planes do regular flights to prepare for a doomsday situation, but the timing of this one caught my attention.
Second, the evacuation of the US embassy in Jerusalem has been ordered, with a State Department official stating, "Given the security situation and in compliance with Israel Home Front Command guidance, the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem will be closed tomorrow (Wednesday, June 18) through Friday (June 20). This includes the Consular Sections in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.”
That is standard practice, but the doomsday plane got my ears up. The plane is rigged to be able to withstand a nuclear blast and can stay in the air for nearly two days, so I cannot help but wonder what that is doing in the DC area now.
