White House fires back at claims by Michael Moore

Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore has gone off the deep end again.

Moore was railing about Trump’s deportations, so the White House decided to fire back with a bit of a truth bomb.

Criminal Migrants Targeted

After Trump took office and appointed Tom Homan as his border czar, Homan made it clear that the initial stages of deportation would be criminal migrants.

As Congress approved more money for these operations, the net would be spread wider to other categories of illegals, but the criminals were clearly the first group that Homan wanted to see removed from this country.

To that point, he stated, “At last count we had almost 600,000 illegal aliens in the United States with a criminal conviction. I won’t be happy until we eradicate every one of those.”

He later added, “As far as [Tren de Aragua], we’ve got a few more hundred TdA to look for. They’re our priority. Right now, we’re concentrating on public safety threats, which is the right thing to do.”

Michael Moore Goes on Rant

Moore, who is nothing more than a liberal mouthpiece, went off about the deportations, clearly not getting the memo that the people being sent back home now are nefarious characters.

He stated, “Who’s really being removed by ICE tonight? The child who would’ve discovered the cure for cancer in 2046? The 9th grade nerd who would’ve stopped that asteroid (sic) that’s gonna hit us in 2032? Do we care?”

He then stated, “For every time I have heard a negative word or blatant hatred spewed toward those who came from afar, I have felt that I should pause, get down on one knee, and thank all of those who gave up their lives elsewhere to come here and be with us.”

Again, let’s be clear… we don’t have a problem with legal migration, but when you cross the border illegally, you are, by default, a criminal. When you come into this country illegally and commit a crime, you have lost any argument that could possibly be made that you have a right to stay in this country (and for the record, my stance is that anyone who ever crossed the border illegally should be removed and banned from ever entering the country again).

White House Answers Back

After seeing Moore’s piece, the White House decided to respond in kind.

The statement read, "In a strong contender for dumbest statement of the year, disgraced ‘filmmaker’ Michael Moore lamented illegal immigrant criminals being apprehended because they might’ve ‘discovered the cure for cancer’ or ‘stopped that astroid [sic].’ The only thing more foolish than that statement are the politicians who oppose the deportations."

The statement also included a list of some of the worst criminals and their crimes the administration has already deported. Among those listed were child sex predators, kidnappers, rapists, gang members, and murderers.

Aside from the spelling mistake (who is writing these responses without spell-checking them?), the response by the White House was dead on. I am so sick of these liberal mouthpieces sticking up for people who blatantly disregard our laws. This narrative failed them in 2024, yet they continue to double down. It will be the death of their party, thankfully.
