Former Obama adviser livid over being misled about Biden
Over the last few months, tell-all books have been coming out, and former Biden staffers are coming forward with information about Joe Biden.
Now, former advisers and staffers who did not necessarily deal with Biden on a daily basis are expressing their outrage.
Calling for Biden to Step Down
While conservatives had been calling Biden’s mental health into question for some time, Democrats and the media ignored all the signs.
After the disastrous presidential debate, they could no longer do that.
Democrats started to protect their seats by calling for Biden to make the unprecedented move of stepping down after having won the nomination.
For example, Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) stated that Biden "needs to do is shoulder the responsibility for keeping that seat — and part of that responsibility is to get out of this race."
Biden Finally Drops Out
Once the pressure started to be applied to Biden, we all knew it was only a matter of time before he succumbed and dropped out of the race, but Biden had one more surprise for the Democratic Party.
Biden stated, “It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your President. And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”
Less than an hour later, Biden then posted, “Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year. Democrats — it’s time to come together and beat Trump.”
This threw a huge wrench into whatever plans the party had to try to make this coup look more legit to voters, effectively gifting the nomination to Harris.
Shut Up, Joe
Over the last two weeks, Joe Biden has made a few appearances, typically delivering speeches that often criticize Trump, but his message is falling flat with people who feel misled about his intentions heading into the election.
Former Obama aide Tommy Vietor was very outspoken on the matter, stating, "Listen, I’m grateful to Joe Biden for the things he did, for his decades of service. I don’t want to hear him giving speeches right now. I’m sorry, I know that’s s----y. I know that’s petty. He doesn’t owe me anything. My opinion doesn’t matter here. I don’t want to hear — I’m very mad at Joe Biden.
"So I’ve been reading Jake Tapper’s book about the Biden administration and the steps taken to kind of hide his decline. I can’t get into the details, it’s still embargoed, but it is enraging."
The amusing aspect of this is that Tapper was part of the cover-up, yet he now writes a book to expose the very cover-up in which he was complicit. I have always stated that history would not judge the Biden administration kindly, but it appears that history is reporting far quicker than I ever thought possible.
