ICE raid in Massachusetts has Dems riled up

Several days ago, a report surfaced regarding a raid in Nantucket and at Martha’s Vineyard.

Now, the Democrat Governor of Massachusetts is raising alarms, but she may want to rethink that approach.

Round Them Up

Earlier this week, ICE headed up north and found a rather significant bounty.

ICE raided the playground of the rich and famous in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and wound up taking 40 people into custody who were suspected illegals.

This reportedly includes one illegal who is an MS-13 gang member and a child sex offender.

Patricia Hyde, acting director of the ICE Boston field office, stated, “Operations like this highlight the strong alliances that ICE shares with our fellow law enforcement partners.”

AOC Fundraising on Abolishing ICE

As we have learned over the last few years, Democrats love their illegal immigrants, and after this last raid, AOC is trying to raise money to eliminate the agency.

She recently sent out a fundraising email, which, in part, stated, "I believe that ICE, an agency that was just formed in 2003 during the Patriot Act era, is a rogue agency that should not exist.”

NRCC Spokesman Mike Marinella responded, "House Democrat Minority Leader AOC is doubling down on their party’s most extreme, unhinged agenda, while the rest of her party is bending their knee to the radical wing.

“At this rate, the Democrat platform in 2026 will be a fever dream of defunding the police, wide open borders, and far-left hellscapes.”

Dem Governor Goes Off

Massachusetts Democratic Governor Maura Healey is furious that ICE dared to come into her state and lock up illegal immigrants.

She stated, "Local police chiefs have zero information about what’s happening in their communities. We at the state level have zero information about what’s happening in communities. And that needs to change. We need to get answers. We need to get clarification from ICE.”

She continued, "It’s one thing to go after and target those who have committed crimes, who are here unlawfully. It’s concerning when we see people, moms and dads, being ripped away from families. Neighbors, coworkers taken away, literally it looks like, on the way to job sites in Nantucket and on the Vineyard."

Governor Healey, I am not sure if you realize this, but entering this country illegally is a crime, so every illegal residing in your state, even the ones who are working for the rich and famous, is, technically, a criminal. You know how you avoid being arrested for being an illegal? You enter the country legally and you have nothing to worry about.
