REPORT: Clapper took shortcuts to push manufactured intelligence

Over the last few weeks, former Obama officials have been reeling over the allegations made by DNI Tulsi Gabbard.

Her counterpart during the Obama administration, James Clapper, and then-CIA Director John Brennan took quite a few shortcuts to push the Russian collusion narrative against Trump.

Now, more documents are coming out, painting a very damning picture of Clapper.

Flawed Intelligence

Brennan has always had it out for Trump, so it was not really a surprise to learn that he had put significant weight into the Steele dossier even though his analysts had pushed back on the information.

The report found that the publication was “rushed,” stating, "Hurried coordination and limited access to the draft reduced opportunities for the IC to discover misquoting of sources and other tradecraft concerns.”

A House committee report found, "The ICA misrepresented these reports as reliable, without mentioning their significant underlying flaws.”

From all the reports I read, it seemed as though they came up with a conclusion, then did whatever they had to make the information they had fit that narrative.

No Basis

After Gabbard published her report, both Clapper and Brennan came out to say that her allegations were false, which is rather ironic considering Gabbard’s report came from internal documents that had been classified.

Clapper and Brennan co-wrote an op-ed, stating, "That is patently false. In making those allegations, they seek to rewrite history. We want to set the record straight and, in doing so, sound a warning.”

This is typical Democrat deflection… deny, then accuse your accuser of doing what you have already done.

Unfortunately for Gabbard and the Trump administration, the media believes every word out of their mouths and is treating Gabbard like a conspiracy theorist.

More Bad News for Clapper

More emails were declassified by Gabbard on Wednesday, and it paints an even worse picture for Clapper, who, as I noted in a previous report, is a true snake in the grass with a long and documented history of lying to the American people.

Gabbard explained, "The leading figures in the Russia hoax have spent years deceiving the American public by presenting their manufactured and politicized assessments as credible intelligence.

"The email released today reinforces what we already exposed: the decision to compromise standards and violate protocols in the creation of the 2017 manufactured intelligence assessment was deliberate and came from the very top."

This is now a legitimate scandal, yet the mainstream media is still completely uninterested in it because it would vindicate Trump in everything he said about the allegations when they were first made. This is some real deep-state work here, and they are finally getting called out for it.
