Newsom deploys ‘crime suppression teams’ throughout California

Donald Trump managed to get Democrats to commit to the narrative that fighting crime is a bad thing.

This did two things: the first being putting big-city crime on the radar for all voters.

The second thing it did was force the hand of Democrats to actually do something about it.

Badmouthing Trump

Newsom has nary a nice word to say about Trump, and after the federalization of DC and the new Texas maps, he is pushing some old and tired narratives.

During a recent conference, Newsom stated that he firmly believes that Trump will not allow an election to be held in 2028. Now, that is utterly ridiculous, and I can tell you flat out I would be the first person objecting to it.

If Trump does “allow” an election, he believes that Trump will try to run again.

Newsom warned attendees at the event, "You think he's joking about 2028? Wake up. You will lose your country."

Imitating Trump

Newson has been all over the headlines lately, and this includes his new strategy of mimicking Trump’s social media posts.

All of a sudden, Newsom is slapping childish nicknames on his foes and using Trump’s trademark ALL CAPS style on social media.

The liberal horde is eating it up, as Newsom is making some big moves in polling.

While he is still not the favorite, he is the candidate to watch, and if you asked me to pick a Democrat primary winner today, he would be who I would pick.

You Fraud!

While Newsom whines about Trump’s crackdown, guess who is now having a crackdown of his own in California? If you guessed Newsom, you would be right.

He is sending out crime suppression teams all over the state to trouble crime areas to help cities get their crime rates down, the same thing Trump is doing in DC, and has offered to any mayor wanting his help.

Newsom tried to double-talk his way out of the fact that he is copying Trump, stating, “While the Trump Administration undermines cities, California is partnering with them — and delivering real results. With these new deployments, we’re doubling down on these partnerships to build on progress and keep driving crime down.”

Trump has an open-door policy on this, and virtually every mayor who has been discussed has refused Trump’s help, so let’s not pretend that Newsom is not twisting the facts here. The White House immediately called him out, saying that once again, Newsom's recipe for success is to duplicate Trump, and they hit the nail on the head. The man is a fraud, but Democrat voters love a fraudster, which is why Newsom is now the golden child of the party.
