Barron Trump suggested at TikTok board member

Very few things bring me joy in the political world these days, but picturing the faces of liberals over this report is one of them.

With Donald Trump having his social media outlet, and Elon Musk owning X, what could possibly upset liberals more than TikTok being in the hands of another Trump?

Well, after it changes hands and US investors are controlling the algorithm, it was just suggested that Barron Trump be named as a member of its board.

Barron Gets the Credit

For the most part, Barron has been shielded from the gossip hounds by Melania Trump, but that all changed when Trump ran for president again in 2024.

Barron was front and center because he came up with the idea for Donald Trump to use podcasts to expand his reach to younger voters, and it worked, especially with young black males.

Melania stated, “He brought in so many young people. He knows his generation because nowadays the young generation, they don’t sit in front of TV anymore.”

Melania continued, “They are all on the tablets, they are on the phones and all of these podcasts and streamers.”

New Level

Donald Trump was not shy about giving Barron credit, and this started to make him a household name, but nothing like what happened during the inauguration.

He went viral when he shook hands with Joe Biden, as there was a lot of speculation that Barron told Biden, “You’re done,” but communications expert Judi James says that is not what happened.

She explained, "Barron very confidently and by all appearances charmingly bent to shake hands and exchange a few words with Biden.”

She continued, “And although Biden's face seems to fall as though Barron has passed on some kind of sinister threat or message, the truth was less dramatic as Barron seemed to be leaning to greet Kamala and Biden's face was registering the fact that he'd finished his greeting ritual with Trump's son."

Barron to the Board

With all the criticism of Hunter Biden being named to the board of Burisma when Joe Biden was VP, can you imagine the meltdown on the left if Barron was named to the board of TikTok, but that is what one industry expert believes should happen.

The president's former social media manager, Jake Advent, stated, “I’m hopeful President Trump will consider appointing his son Barron and maybe other young Americans to TikTok’s board to help ensure it remains an app young people want to keep using.”

Normally, I would be against something like this, but I kind of like the idea, mostly because it will have Dems having complete meltdowns on the Hill and will expose the hypocrisy of it all.

The one thing I would suggest, however, is that Barron forego any salary while his father is in office so Dems cannot use that against him. Considering Barron has a net worth of a reported $150 million already, I think he can work for a few years on the cuff.
