CNN’s Scott Jennings stumps former DNC official over ‘illegal’ orders

Over the last week, Democrats have started the narrative that Trump is issuing illegal orders to our military.

They say the orders are illegal in the media, they are never challenged, and now they are telling service members to defy their orders.

So, CNN’s Scott Jennings called out a former DNC official on live TV to name the order, and she could not do it.

Probe Announced

Once the video came out, predictably and rightfully, Trump was furious.

It was not long after that that the FBI announced that it was opening a probe into the six Democrats who appeared in the video.

Several House Democrats responded to the probe, stating, "No amount of intimidation or harassment will ever stop us from doing our jobs and honoring our Constitution.”

Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) added, "The president's reaction and the use of the FBI against us is exactly why we made the video. He believes in using the federal government against his perceived adversaries, and he's not afraid to use the arms of the government against people he disagrees with.”

She Admitted It

I brought up Slotkin because she appeared in the video, but she also admitted that she cannot point directly to any illegal orders by Trump.

When asked to cite an illegal order, she responded, "To my knowledge, I am not aware of things that are illegal, but certainly there are some legal gymnastics that are going on with these Caribbean strikes and everything related to Venezuela.”

Then why are you telling service members to defy orders?

As I have stated in other reports, if you want to challenge Trump on this, do it in court or via Congress, but don’t use the military as a prop in your little game.

Can’t Answer

During a panel discussion, Jennings had squared off against former Democratic National Committee spokeswoman Xochitl Hinojosa, who was defending the Democrats.

Jennings interrupted her rant, asking, “Wait, can I ask you a question? Stop what? You said they want them to stop. Stop what?” She then claimed that Trump was just trying to stop people from “speaking out,” then Jennings jumped back in, stating, “So you said, ‘speaking out against Trump.’ So you’re saying that you believe that inherent in the video is that Donald Trump has given illegal orders?”

He continued, adding, “If it’s speaking against Trump, then you took the message the way they intended it. You took it the way they intended it, which is that Trump has given illegal orders. And you can’t name one and nobody else can.”

This is all verbal gymnastics by Democrats to create chaos in our military and government. And yet, the media continues to buy into it simply because they all despise Donald Trump. Quite frankly, it’s sickening.
