Trump cleaning house of Biden appointments
As I have stated in other reports, it is quite clear that Trump learned his lesson from the first administration.
Trump is not sitting back waiting for Biden's appointments to bite him. He is taking the initiative and removing them all to get his own people in place.
Sorry, General
During Trump’s first term, he not only left some of Obama’s people in place, but Trump also got advice from swamp members, which resulted in some very controversial appointments.
At the top of the list was General Milley as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
When Milley retired, Biden appointed General Charles Brown as the new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, but his time in office is not going to be very long.
Trump announced this week that Brown was out, posting to Truth Social, I want to thank General Charles ‘CQ’ Brown for his over 40 years of service to our country, including as our current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a fine gentleman and an outstanding leader, and I wish a great future for him and his family.”
And His Replacement Is…
Trump has nominated Air Force Lt. General Dan Caine as the new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, stating, “During my first term, Razin was instrumental in the complete annihilation of the ISIS caliphate. It was done in record setting time, a matter of weeks. Many so-called military ‘geniuses’ said it would take years to defeat ISIS. General Caine, on the other hand, said it could be done quickly, and he delivered.
“Despite being highly qualified and respected to serve on the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the previous administration, General Caine was passed over for promotion by Sleepy Joe Biden. But not anymore!
“Alongside Secretary Pete Hegseth, General Caine and our military will restore peace through strength, put America First, and rebuild our military. Finally, I have also directed Secretary Hegseth to solicit nominations for five additional high level positions, which will be announced soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter!’
Caine earned the nickname “Raizin Caine” for his aggressive flying as a pilot, so he and Trump should get along just fine.
Not Just Biden
Biden’s legacy is not the only legacy that is being torched by Trump in this administration.
Reports surfaced this week that Trump is looking to sell off the Nancy Pelosi building in San Francisco, which was only dedicated to her in December.
The location of the building is notorious for nefarious behavior, so Trump is hoping to sell it off and remove it from the government inventory. He is also looking to sell a building at 50 United Nations Plaza, the current home of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
If you recall, the Pelosi building is the one Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) reported for having drugs sold outside the building, demanding it be closed. It would appear that Trump read her report and agrees. So, sorry Nancy… but your namesake will be gone soon!
